I owned product direction and delivery for enterprise hospitality technology, working between business requirements, engineering, QA, hotel operations and technology partners.
- Drove the product roadmap and full development lifecycle for hospitality products.
- Built mobile hotel check-in/check-out and integrations with ASSA ABLOY (VingCard), dormakaba (Saflok) and Onity door locks.
- Integrated 3M and Sinosecu passport and document scanners, plus key dispensers.
- Led onsite technical discovery in Singapore with luxury properties under Accor, IHG and Fairmont Swissotel.
